Shipping policy
The following help in understanding Fitoori Banjaaran's Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Partners: Fitoori Banjaaran has partnered with industry leading Logistics and Courier partner to enable the journey of your favorite products from our artisan's hands to yours. Given the nature of services, we are dependent on the courier partners service capacity and serviceability for the dispatch and delivery timelines. The Dispatch should happen in under 30 days for Domestic Retail Orders and 45 days for International Retail Orders. In the unfortunate event of a delay in Dispatch, the customer can seek a refund upto a maximum value of the order amount paid (including shipping expenses if paid for separately)
2. Shipping Cancelations: Products are shipped through standard courier partners based on the PIN Codes and the serviceability. Please note that serviceability of PIN Codes are dependent on the local conditions and the Delivery Partner's capability. In case of any challenges associated with shipments to a particular location, Fitoori Banjaaran's liability is capped at the order value of the articles for which the customer has paid if the product is not dispatched within 30 days of the order placement.
3. Incorrect Address/ Incomplete Information: In case of incorrect and incomplete contact information, Fitoori Banjaaran will not be responsible for incorrect delivery / loss of product during transit. The customer is expected to reach out to Fitoori Banjaaran within 4-8 hours of the Order confirmation in case of erroneous information entered at the time of order placement.
